Job summary

Dave & Buster’s is hiring Gaming Support Techs or Midway Techs to repair and maintain arcade games, simulators and equipment while ensuring an excellent guest experience. You will assist Guests, stock tickets, restock merchandise and help keep the midway clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Friendly, can greet guests with a positive attitude
• Ability to repair and maintain amusements equipment
• Willingness to work days, nights and weekends
• Basic electrical/technical skills preferred

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain games, simulators, and tech equipment
• Assist guests and team members with requests and questions
• Load and refill tickets in redemption games and secure storage areas
• Inventory and restock merchandise; keep areas clean and organized
• Maintain a friendly, upbeat guest experience and promote sales
