Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a jurisdictional gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for desktop devices, printers, scanners, POS terminals and kiosks.
• Support telephony and telephony related installations; assist with AV setups.
• Document trouble reports and manage escalation to higher-level IT teams.
• Maintain system updates and backups; ensure compliance with security policies.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
