Job summary

Granite State Gaming & Hospitality is looking for an IT Support Technician to keep casino floor technology running smoothly, from EGM and HHR machines to CMS data and network infrastructure.

You will install and troubleshoot PCs, ATMs, ticketing devices, and audiovisual gear while maintaining security systems and collaborating with vendors and internal teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT support or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of networking and PC troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and with teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a casino/hospitality environment is a plus.
• Network certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, move, retire, and troubleshoot HHR Electronic Gaming Machines
• Set up and maintain Casino Management System (CMS) data and tools
• Support and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, access points, wiring)
• Install and support PCs, ticket redemption and ATM machines
• Maintain A/V equipment, TVs, sound systems, and media players
• Ensure functionality of security systems (surveillance, access control)
• Work with vendors and ensure regulatory compliance
• Document network layouts and configurations
