Job summary

Granite State Gaming & Hospitality is seeking an IT Technician II to keep casino technology running smoothly. You will support hardware, software, networks, and gaming systems, working with internal teams and vendors to ensure reliable, secure tech operations.

You will set up networks, monitor performance, and maintain CMS, firewalls, VMs, and POS systems while collaborating with security to meet regulatory requirements. A focus on uptime and problem solving is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT support experience, ideally in casino or hospitality settings.
• Solid knowledge of network infrastructure, administration, and security practices.
• Proficient in PC troubleshooting, software support, and basic AV/POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the Casino Management System (CMS) and related hardware/software.
• Set up and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, access points, wiring).
• Monitor network and device performance; recommend improvements.
• Maintain firewalls, virtual machines, and vendor-supported applications.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot PCs, AV equipment, and POS systems.
• Ensure camera and recording systems meet regulatory requirements with security teams.
• Document network layouts, device configurations, and system passwords.
• Assist with system upgrades, installs, and vendor coordination.
• Provide reliable connectivity for all casino operations.

What We Require

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming license
• Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs. and work in environments with noise, secondhand smoke, and occasional weather exposure
• Flexible schedule and ability to work overtime or at multiple locations as needed
