Job summary

The Human Resource Recruitment Specialist will implement the hiring and recruitment practices for the Menominee Casino Resort & Thunderbird Complex. The candidate will actively be involved in all phases of the hiring process and be accountable for the implementation and documentation of each phase.

In addition, the candidate shall serve as a resource regarding issues pertaining to hiring procedures and recruitment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in Human Resources or a related business environment.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Implement recruitment policies and procedures across hiring, selection, and job placement.
• Coordinate background checks and maintain HR records in accordance with laws and policies.
• Participate in recruiting events and job fairs; ensure compliance with gaming licensing requirements.
