Job summary

Fortune Bay Resort Casino in Minnesota seeks a Human Resources Generalist (Full-time) to support payroll, benefits, recruitment and training, ensuring accurate data handling and policy compliance.

You will collaborate with management, coordinate employee engagement efforts, prepare reports, and maintain confidentiality while fostering a positive workplace culture in a gaming environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of HR or related cumulative experience in administrative, interpersonal, data presentation, training, risk management, and benefits roles.
• Strong computer background with proficiency in MS Word, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support HR functions across payroll, benefits, recruitment, training, and administration.
• Foster relationships with Fortune Bay Resort Casino and Bois Forte Development team members through data collection, reporting and communication.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks, maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR activities.
• Attend weekly HR meetings and stay current on employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, Title VII, ADA).
