Job summary

Menominee Casino Resort is seeking a Human Resource Recruitment Specialist to lead recruitment activities for the Menominee Casino Resort & Thunderbird Complex. The role involves implementing hiring processes, coordinating background checks, and ensuring compliance with employment laws, while maintaining HR files and participating in job fairs.

The candidate should have a minimum of five years in HR, strong computer skills, and familiarity with UKG HR tracking software.

Qualifications

Minimum five years in a human resources role or business environment.
Familiarity with Word and Excel (Microsoft products) required.
Experience with UKG HR tracking software preferred.

Responsibilities

Implement and evaluate policies for recruitment, selection, and job placement.
Plan and direct staffing activities including sourcing, screening, interviews, and background checks.
Track ACE Employee Incentive Program and 4 Week Follow-Up Program.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
Participate in recruiting events and maintain HR files and scanning records.
Coordinate background checks with Menominee Tribal Court and maintain gaming license compliance.
Learn all facets of UKG HR system and advise management on employee concerns.
