Job summary

Light & Wonder is seeking a Field Service Technician 2 to cover the Beloit, Milwaukee, and Madison area. You will perform installs, conversions, PMs, COO, and on-site repairs at customer locations with limited supervision.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, maintaining equipment, and documenting service reports. Travel and physical requirements apply, with focus on quality customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years related field experience.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned tasks at customer locations including installs, PMs, and site maintenance.
• Troubleshoot customer problems by phone or on-site; perform COO and removals as needed.
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe, working condition; document paperwork promptly.
• Train less experienced technicians and stay updated on latest technology.
