Job summary

Light & Wonder is seeking a Field Service Technician 2 to cover Beloit, Milwaukee, and Madison areas. This role completes installs, preventative maintenance, COO, and other service tasks at customer sites with limited supervision.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, performing maintenance on gaming equipment, and training junior staff. Strong communication and safety-focused approach are essential to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalency.
• 1–2 years of related experience.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned tasks at customer locations, including installs, conversions, COO, PMs and unscheduled calls.
• Troubleshoot customer problems by phone or on-site.
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe, working condition.
• Train less experienced technicians on troubleshooting techniques.
• Visit clients and perform gaming maintenance.
• Verify property specifications for game options and parameters.
• Ensure customers are satisfied with Light & Wonder equipment.
