Job summary

Light & Wonder is seeking a Field Service Technician 2 to cover the Beloit, Milwaukee, & Madison area in Wisconsin. The role performs installations, maintenance, and COO tasks at customer sites, troubleshoots problems, and ensures proper game settings and documentation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform installations, conversions, COO, PMs, and unscheduled calls at customer locations.
• Troubleshoot issues remotely or on-site, down to the component level.
• Replace faulty components with customer authorization and ensure correct game settings.
• Train junior technicians and stay up-to-date with new technology.
• Ensure equipment is safe, functional, and properly documented.
