Job summary

Light & Wonder seeks a Field Service Technician 2 to cover Beloit, Milwaukee, and Madison areas in Wisconsin. You will perform installs, conversions, PMs and COO at customer locations, with limited supervision.

You will troubleshoot issues by phone or on site, repair components, and ensure customers are satisfied with Light & Wonder equipment. Training junior technicians and keeping updated on tech changes may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalency.
• 1–2 years of related experience in field service or repairs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with customers.

Responsibilities

• Complete installs, conversions, COO, PMs and unscheduled calls at customer locations.
• Troubleshoot problems over the phone or onsite to component level.
• Visit clients for gaming maintenance and perform basic repairs.
