Job summary

Aristocrat Gaming is hiring a Field Service Technician to troubleshoot, install, maintain, and repair gaming machines and controllers across the U.S. and Canada.

You’ll join a people-first culture and support casino environments with timely technical service. This entry-level role includes a robust training program over six months, requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Have a clean and valid driver’s license and maintain an insurable driving record.
• Able to acquire a gaming license as required with assistance from Aristocrat.
• Willing to travel daily in the assigned territory; regional/national travel up to 30%.
• Self-starter, flexible, adaptable, highly organized, and proactive.
• Passion for technology and solving problems.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove Aristocrat gaming machines, signs, and gaming controllers.
• Perform routine maintenance on gaming machines.
• Respond promptly to customer calls and emergency requests, prioritizing critical issues.
• Complete Pre-Site Surveys, follow the schedule, and perform service activities assigned.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow the parts inventory process.
• Support customers with technical inquiries and documentation.
• Report on trends, needs, and service challenges.
• Review pre-install documents to determine if parts will be needed to complete the installation.
• Gather and report accurately on service activities by using field service management reporting tools.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service daily.
• Self-direct and carry out day-to-day tasks with little direction.
• Follow Aristocrat’s Safety Guidelines.
