Job summary

Light & Wonder in Nashua, NH is seeking a Field Service technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot electronic gaming machines at customer sites. You’ll perform preventative maintenance and diagnostics to ensure optimal game operation.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, electronics basics, and the ability to travel to regional sites. Qualified candidates will have electronics training, a valid driver's license, and familiarity with PC operations and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with valid driver’s license and able to obtain gaming licenses as required.
• One year experience assembling, testing, and repairing electronic gaming devices, or six months plus gaming school.
• Able to perform basic troubleshooting to assembly level.
• Basic knowledge of electricity, electronics, and mechanics of gaming devices.
• Basic network understanding and troubleshooting.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and transport heavy equipment.
• Proficient with PC operation and MS Office.
• Read and understand schematics and service manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on EGMs and ETGs per standards.
• Verify EGM/ETG operation via diagnostic tests and functional checks.
• Navigate Management Terminal to verify status.
• Assemble and prepare install accessories per change order when needed.
• Complete incident reports and maintenance logs clearly and promptly.
• Follow Field Service policies and safety procedures.
• Keep tools and equipment in safe working condition.
• Stay current with field advisories and eLearning.
