Job summary

Light & Wonder is seeking a Field Service Technician to maintain gaming products at customer locations across the region. You will install, configure, test, and troubleshoot equipment, ensuring safe operation and high-quality service.

The role requires travel to Williston, Dickinson, or Minot and adherence to safety protocols. The ideal candidate has electronics knowledge, a high school diploma, and the ability to read manuals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Technical or Military training is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow service manuals and bulletins.

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand L&W gaming products and operation.
• Safely use hand tools and keep equipment and vehicle in safe condition.
• Provide high quality field service to customers and complete service calls.
• Install, configure, and diagnose L&W products at customer locations.
• Troubleshoot to board or sub-assembly level using diagnostics and testing.
• Support installations, moves, and returns of equipment at customer sites.
