Job summary

Learfield is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Partnership Solutions Coordinator to join our Sports Properties team. You will support day-to-day fulfillment across partner accounts, coordinating with university staff and brand partners to track assets and deliver campaign elements.

Responsibilities

• Support activation and fulfillment of corporate partnership agreements across traditional, digital, and in-venue platforms.
• Serve as liaison between property team, university staff, and brand partners for smooth delivery of partner assets.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and internal stakeholders as a trusted representative.
• Track inventory and maintain records of all sponsorship elements and deliverables.
• Assist with gameday operations including setup, signage, hospitality, and in-game promotions.
• Supervise gameday staff to support on-site execution when needed.
• Provide proof-of-performance documentation for fulfilled elements.
• Support administrative functions like budgeting, invoicing, and contract documentation.
• Contribute to partner recap presentations and internal reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, digital, and marketing teams.
