Job summary

Legends Global Merchandise at the Ohio State University Schottenstein Center in Columbus, OH is seeking a part-time Merchandise Associate for the OSU Team Shop. You will provide friendly customer service, ring sales, and help keep the shop stocked.

The role requires 18+ years, a high school diploma (college degree preferred), strong math and cash-handling skills, and the ability to stand for long periods. Weekend/event availability and on-site work are essential.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older at start date.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Energetic, self-motivated, warm and friendly personality.
• Collaborative team player with strong guest service mindset.
• Ability to count change accurately and balance cash on the POS terminal.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays for events.
• Must be able to stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide fun and professional environment for teammates and guests.
• Proactively greet guests and assist customers at the register.
• Ring in sales accurately and balance cash at the POS terminal.
• Keep the merchandise area neat, stocked, and ready for events.
• Assist with stocking and setup for events as directed by supervision.
