Job summary

Fanatics Commerce seeks a Retail Lead for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Team Store. The role delivers business and fan impact through bold leadership and execution, with responsibility for home game shifts and front-line operations.

You will drive sales through daily operations, manage stockroom and back-of-house tasks, train Retail Associates, and partner with leadership on targets to ensure an exemplary fan experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Professional appearance and representation of Fanatics.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales results through daily operations.
• Support back-of-house operations and stockroom organization.
• Collaborate with leadership on revenue targets and fan experience.
• Provide training and guidance to Retail Associates.
• Perform Manager on Duty responsibilities as needed.
• Ensure exemplary fan experience.
