Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver an exceptional fan experience. You will greet fans, make product recommendations, and guide them through transactions using the Fanatics POS system. Maintain store standards and represent the Fanatics brand with professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 18+ and previous retail or customer service experience is preferred. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and events is essential, with emphasis on reliable attendance

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and special events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout scheduled shifts, as well as lift, carry, and move merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Fanatics brand positively.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans and ask questions to help make their shopping experience an enjoyable one.
• Make recommendations based on observations and conversations with fans.
• Help execute a brand connection by ensuring fans enjoy a top-notch shopping experience.
• Maintain sales floor and/or stockroom standards with an eye to detail.
• Process sales transactions via the Fanatics POS system.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service to positively represent the Fanatics Brand and Team/League.
• Perform additional responsibilities as directed by management.
