Job summary

Qualifications

• Must obtain Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment.
• Experience as a Key position at a Trident location for at least 1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food under the guidance of Head Cook.
• Learn different galley roles under supervision.
• Food prep, cleaning, dishwashing, baking, restocking, inventory counts.
• Perform routine deep cleaning of cooking area.
• Wash dishes, clean surfaces, and maintain a safe, clean workspace.
• Follow safety and environmental policies and complete required training.
