Job summary

360T is seeking a Liquidity Manager in New York to join the GTX Liquidity Management Team. You will handle daily interaction with FX Market Makers and Takers in the AMERICAS region, map tags and clients, analyze trading data, and be the first line of contact for GTX clients.

You will work with liquidity providers to monetise flow and build a liquidity pool that meets takers' needs, while training and guiding regional sales on platform engagement and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or Finance-related fields.
• Strong interpersonal skills for interactions with banks and hedge funds.
• Reliable, credible, persuasive, well-presented with excellent communication skills.
• 1–3 years of Liquidity Management experience; FX Spot and NDF knowledge beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Engage actively with Market Makers and Takers in the region to cultivate strong relationships and secure liquidity commitments.
• Interact closely with local sales teams to ensure platform engagement and identify potential clients.
• Serve as the first point of contact for GTX clients in the AMERICAS region, addressing issues and queries.
• Address participant issues professionally, providing timely solutions and escalating complex matters.
• Continuously increase technical knowledge of participants by providing training on platform operations, order types and KPIs.
• Develop and execute localized growth strategies for the AMERICAS market in line with global strategy.
