Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc in the United States seeks a high-caliber Transactional FX professional to drive growth across the Americas. You will shape regional strategies, collaborate with technology teams, and build cross-bank partnerships to expand client relationships and market share.

You will align PFS strategy with GPS and GFX, own product change from inception to go-live, and deliver measurable volume and profitability improvements while navigating regulatory and commercial considerations.

Qualifications

• FX experience in the Americas
• Experience selling in multi-stakeholder environments
• Knowledge of the Transactional FX market and related solutions
• Understanding of payments landscape in the Americas
• Ability to discuss contracts and regulatory considerations with partners
• Experience working with technology partners to deliver value

Responsibilities

• Execute a growth strategy for Transactional FX across the Americas region
• Shape regional sales strategy input for Transactional FX with regional and global partners
• Build internal awareness of PFS strategy and TFX solutions across key stakeholder groups
• Partner with GPS and GFX sales teams to originate new client relationships and increase market share
• Negotiate and close new business opportunities in collaboration with front line teams
• Support onboarding for mandated Transactional FX opportunities and manage client queries and concerns
• Coordinate with global counterparts to align PFS strategy and delivery across the region
• Oversee strategic product deliverables with project managers, product partners and technology partners to enhance the proposition
• Own client needs for product change and development from inception to go-live
