Job summary

Cleartech Recruiting's client, a premier global Fintech FX platform, seeks a Liquidity Manager for the Americas based in New York. You will manage liquidity with regional market makers and takers, analyze trading data, and optimize the liquidity pool to enable efficient, high-quality execution across FX products.

This is a growth-focused role with mentorship, performance feedback, and a central Manhattan office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or finance required.
• 1–3 years in liquidity management, capital markets, or institutional fintech.
• Foundational knowledge of FX Spot and NDF markets preferred.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, team-oriented with entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage liquidity ecosystem with market makers and Takers.
• Analyze trading data, optimize liquidity pool.
• Collaborate with regional sales to drive platform engagement.
• Troubleshoot execution queries and monitor KPIs.
