Job summary

OpenFX in Miami is hiring a Client Success, NA to own the day‑to‑day relationships for institutional clients, including payment companies, PSPs, fintechs and digital asset platforms. You will manage a growing book and work with Sales, Trading Operations, Product, Compliance, and RevOps to move FX flow on our platform.

This role blends ownership with teamwork: roughly 60% of time on your book and 40% supporting our largest North America relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in fintech or financial services.
• 5+ years of total experience across account management, sales, consulting, or business operations.
• Working knowledge of payments and FX.
• Proven track record of managing a book of clients independently.
• Strong negotiation skills for pricing and volume.
• Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools.
• Experience building scalable account-management systems.
• Advanced fluency with AI tools like Claude.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Strong cross-functional relationships with Product, Operations, and Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of institutional clients as their primary contact.
• Develop and execute an account growth plan for each client.
• Grow transaction volume by optimizing FX flows and pricing.
• Monitor client health and trading activity to spot slowdowns.
• Expand accounts through upsell and deeper product use.
• Own the cross-sell pipeline for new currency pairs and products.
• Price thoughtfully and manage exceptions to stay profitable.
• Support large NA accounts on trades, settlement, pricing, and new product setup.
• Build and maintain a structured playbook for long-tail accounts.
• Use AI to automate workflows and surface client insights.
