Hours are Monday through Friday 9am–12pm, with pay under the Federal Work Study program. Eligibility requires CCC enrollment, FWS, and campus-based eligibility.

Qualifications

• Eligibility: 16+ years old, work permit consent, eligible to work in the United States.
• Actively attending City Colleges of Chicago.
• Enrolled in at least 6 credit hours.
• Pursuing an approved credential, degree, or certificate.
• Maintains minimum 2.0 GPA (waived for first-semester students).
• In good standing with CCC and not a current CCC employee.
• Employment at-will.

Responsibilities

• Issues include filing and scanning confidential documents.
• Use CCC systems (myccc.edu), Zoom, Teams, and Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Demonstrates time management and strong work ethic.
• Exhibits strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Maintains professional demeanor and customer service.
• Other duties as assigned; hours Monday–Friday 9am–12pm.
