Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older, eligible to work in the United States.
• Active enrollment at City Colleges of Chicago with a minimum of 6 semester hours.
• Pursuing an approved credential, degree, or certificate.
• Minimum 2.0 GPA (waived for first semester new students).
• In good standing with CCC and not a current CCC employee.
• All positions are employment at-will.

Responsibilities

• Greet students, faculty and staff at the reception desk.
• Assist staff with day-to-day office functions.
• Provide support on projects and assignments as needed.
• Perform general office tasks: filing, faxing, photocopying, data entry.
• Maintain City Colleges Customer Services Excellence Standards.
