CVS Health in the United States is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) development role designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position, featuring self-paced, collaborative training over 16 weeks with both virtual and hands-on learning experiences.

You will work with your District Leader, HR Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach to build leadership skills and hands-on store management capabilities across merchandising, customer care, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in speaking and writing.
• Ability to deliver high levels of customer care.
• Experience or ability to implement merchandising strategies.
• Experience managing store inventory and assets for profitability.
