Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Cypress, TX is seeking a Management Trainee to support store leadership and develop skills across sales, merchandising, and operations. You will work with the Store Manager to build guest relationships, drive sales, and learn by rotation through key duties.

This role involves coaching Teammates, assisting with interviews, merchandising, and ensuring great guest experiences, with potential to step into Store Manager duties in absence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 months of related retail experience or training.
• Ability to travel to other Buckle stores within district as needed.
• Strong customer service and leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Generation and Guest Service by meeting and exceeding goals.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing Teammates.
• Support visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Oversee operations, openings, closings, and loss prevention.
• Act as Store Manager in the absence of leadership.
