Job summary

CVS Health in Virginia is seeking candidates for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program, a development-focused role designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position over 16 weeks. You will gain hands-on and virtual learning experiences, supported by a district leader, HR BP, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach.

Anticipated weekly hours are 45, with full-time status. The role offers a competitive pay range of $18.50 to $28.67 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer care experience to deliver high levels of service.
• Ability to execute merchandising strategies to grow store sales.
• Experience in managing store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the 16-week SMIT program to prepare for promotion to Store Manager.
• Support your store as a management team member and lead in line with CVS values and policies.
• Engage with leaders in learning experiences to advance toward a promotion.
• Be willing to accept promotion roles within the designated market.
