Job summary

CVS Health in California is seeking candidates for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program, a development pathway designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role. The 16-week program blends virtual and hands-on learning to build leadership skills.

Typical schedule is about 45 hours per week with pay in the $18.50–$28.67/hour range. You will be supported by a district leader and store manager coach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; a four-year college degree is preferred.
• Retail management experience or CVS supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead store team; participate in training and coaching.
• Assist in achieving store sales and profitability goals.
• Adhere to CVS policies, procedures, and values in daily operations.
