The 16-week, self-paced and collaborative training combines virtual and hands-on experiences, with mentors including your District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

Anticipated weekly hours are 45, with a full-time schedule and a pay range of $18.50 to $28.67 per hour; comprehensive benefits are provided.
