You will be supported by a district leader, HR partner, training store manager, and your coach as you learn leadership, customer care, merchandising, and store operations to drive growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Willingness to accept a promotion to Store Manager role at any location in the designated market.
• Ability to transfer to CVS Pharmacy stores within the designated market.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
• Retail management experience or experience as a CVS Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team and participate in merchandising strategies to drive sales.
• Manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
• Support development toward Store Manager through the SMIT program.
