Job summary

The SMIT program at CVS Health is a development focused path designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. Over 16 weeks you will engage in self-paced, collaborative training with virtual and hands-on learning experiences guided by your District Leader and Store Manager coach.

You will gain leadership skills, apply merchandising, inventory, and customer service best practices, and be assessed for promotion within your market.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree or four-year college degree preferred, or relevant work experience.
• Retail management experience, or experience as a CVS Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Communicate well verbally and in writing to support and lead your team.
• Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
• Manage the store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
