Qualifications

• Must have a relevant degree or 4+ years in retail management with financial accountability.
• Experience supervising, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors.
• Ability to relocate/accept regional assignments for Store Manager placement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the store’s financial performance and analyze budgets and reports.
• Support merchandising, pricing, signing, inventory, and in‑stock levels.
• Lead and develop hourly associates and managers; implement staffing plans.
• Engage with community outreach and represent Walmart in the community.
• Ensure adherence to policies, safety controls, and asset protection standards.
• Collaborate across stakeholders to drive business plans and performance.
