Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management or related field and 2 years' experience in a management role within a retail, operations, or distribution environment.
• Alternate: 4 years' management experience in retail/operations with financial accountability.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading store management team and implementing store objectives.
• Monitor and analyze sales, profit goals, and budgets to support financial performance.
• Develop staffing plans to meet business goals and forecast workload.
• Participate in community outreach and represent the company with stakeholders.
• Safeguard compliance with company policies and procedures and uphold integrity.
