Walmart Inc. in Arbutus, MD is seeking an Emerging Store Manager (ESM) to develop and coach associates for future Store Manager opportunities within the Walmart US store operations.

The ESM role trains across merchandising, people leadership, financial management, customer experience, and community engagement, in a developmental assignment lasting up to 12–18 months, with mobility within the assigned region for eventual Store Manager placement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, retail management, or financial management, or 4+ years in a retail management role.
• Experience supervising and developing managers, and managing workloads.
• Willingness to relocate within assigned region.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in leadership development and staffing; monitor budgets and financial performance.
• Drive customer experience and merchandising execution; ensure proper pricing and inventory levels.
• Lead and develop store management teams; implement objectives and performance plans.
