CVS Health Corporation is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to develop future CVS Store Managers. The role runs for 16 weeks with a mix of virtual and hands-on learning experiences, supported by district and store leadership.

The program emphasizes leadership growth, CVS values, and readiness for promotion within the market. The position is full-time in-store with a typical pay range of $18.50–$26.25 per hour, 45 hours per week, and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• Communicate well verbally and in writing to support and lead your team.
• Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
• Manage the store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
• Willingness to promote to Store Manager roles within the designated market.
• A four year college degree is preferred, or relevant work experience may be considered.

• Actively engage with your leader in Key Learning Experiences to support your path to promotion during the structured program.
• Support your store as a management team member and lead in a manner consistent with CVS values and policies.
