Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager for our Birmingham, AL location.

This role supports the Store Manager and Leadership Team with sales generation, guest service, merchandising, and daily operations to create an enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. You will participate in leadership development, recruit and train Teammates, and advance to the Store Manager position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; retail experience helpful.
• Strong guest service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to train and motivate teammates and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Help store leadership recruit and train Teammates.
• Lead by example in sales, customer service and merchandising.
• Oversee daily operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
