Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Birmingham, AL is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training and Assistant Manager to lead store operations, sales, merchandising and guest service.

You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train, and motivate Teammates and to run the store in leadership’s absence. Responsibilities include coaching on sales goals, product knowledge, and in-store presentations, while maintaining Buckle’s customer service standards and daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to recruit, train and develop Teammates and lead store operations.
