Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role. The 16-week, self-paced, collaborative training blends virtual and hands-on experiences with guidance from district leaders and store managers.

You will develop your leadership skills, participate in merchandising and inventory management, and aim for promotion within the market. A four-year college degree is preferred or relevant experience may be considered.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication to support and lead the team.
• Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
• Manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience is valued.
• Be willing to accept promotion roles across the designated market.
