CVS Health is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. The 16-week, self-paced training blends virtual and hands-on experiences, guided by your District Leader, HRBP, and Store Manager coach.

As a full-time SMIT, you will actively engage with leaders to learn and progress, work as a management team member, and align with CVS values and promotion pathways in your market.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and support store operations.
• Experience in retail store merchandising and inventory control.

Responsibilities
