CVS Health is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to cultivate future CVS Store Managers through a structured, self-paced 16-week training with both virtual and hands-on learning experiences. You will be guided by a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and a Store Manager coach.

Participants are expected to engage with leaders, support the store’s management team, and uphold CVS values as they position themselves for future promotions within the market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree or CVS supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills required.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with your leader in structured learning experiences to support promotion paths.
• Support the store as part of the management team and model CVS values and policies.
• Engage colleagues to support the company purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
