CVS Health in Milwaukee is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) role designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. The program spans 16 weeks with self-paced, collaborative training, including virtual and hands-on experiences to develop leadership skills.

You will be supported by a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach as you grow toward a future leadership role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; four-year college degree preferred.
• Retail management experience or CVS supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong communication and merchandising skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team through the SMIT program.
• Support store operations and customer service excellence.
• Engage with leaders to progress toward promotion.
