CVS Health is building a world of health and inviting you to join the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. This 16-week, self-paced, collaborative training includes virtual and hands-on experiences with a District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager and Store Manager coach.

We expect SMIT participants to engage with leaders, support the store as part of the management team, and promote the company's purpose of helping

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with leaders in learning experiences to support promotion path.
• Support the store as a management team member and uphold CVS values.
• Lead colleagues in support of the company's purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
• Be willing to accept promotion roles within the designated market.
