Job summary

CVS Health is building a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program to develop future CVS Store Managers. The role runs 16 weeks with self-paced, collaborative training, including virtual and hands-on experiences to grow leadership skills.

You will work with your District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach to advance toward store leadership while delivering strong customer service and merchandising execution.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication for team leadership.
• Deliver high levels of customer care and service.
• Implement merchandising strategies to grow store sales.
• Oversee store inventory and assets to protect profitability.
