Job summary

CVS Health is building a world of health with a Store Manager in Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role. The 16-week, self-paced plus hands-on training includes mentorship from district leaders and store managers, with a clear path to leadership in a collaborative environment.

Successful SMIT candidates will gain experience in team leadership, customer care, merchandising, and inventory management while upholding CVS values and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred depending on experience.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with your leader in key learning experiences for promotion.
• Support the store as a management team member and lead in CVS values and policies.
• Engage colleagues in support of CVS's purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
• Be willing to accept promotion roles within the designated market.
