Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to support creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit Teammates, and provide leadership.

This is a progression role from AIT to Assistant Manager with higher duties. Responsibilities span sales generation, guest service, training, merchandising and store operations, with leadership responsibilities and ongoing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months retail experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Sales generation and guest service duties as described, including greeting guests, assisting with merchandise, and achieving sales goals.
• Team recruitment, training, and development responsibilities to build a capable Teammate team.
• Visual merchandise management and store operations duties to maintain standards and efficiency.
• Supervisory and leadership duties, including giving and receiving feedback, and coordinating with Store Manager and Leadership Team.
