CVS Health is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to develop future store leaders through a 16-week blend of virtual and hands-on learning. You will be guided by your District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach to grow into a CVS Store Manager role.

The role is full-time with a structured leadership development track and practical experiences across store operations and customer service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; four-year college degree preferred or relevant work experience may be considered
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience considered in lieu of a college degree

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with your leader in Key Learning Experiences to support your path to promotion
• Support your store as a management team member and lead in a manner consistent with CVS values and policies
• Engage colleagues in support of the company's purpose of 'helping people on their path to better health'
• Be willing to accept promotion roles with the market you work in
