Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Store Manager in Training (SMIT) to develop into a CVS Store Manager. The program spans 16 weeks with both virtual and hands-on training experiences, guided by your District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

Expect to engage in leadership development, customer care, merchandising, and inventory management while rotating through the designated market and preparing for management opportunities. 40-hour weeks, full-time, with competitive benefits.
