The SMIT path develops you as a leader through structured experiences, with promotion potential to Store Manager based on performance and market needs. A high school diploma or GED is required; a four-year degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree required or four-year degree preferred / relevant experience.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured 16-week training to develop toward Store Manager role.
• Work with District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.
• Support store operations, merchandising and customer service as part of a management team.
