Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) in the United States. The program runs 16 weeks and blends virtual and hands-on learning to prepare you for a future CVS Store Manager role and leadership responsibilities.

You’ll be supported by a District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager and Store Manager coach as you develop essential merchandising, customer service and store operations skills. 45 hours per week; pay range $18.50-$23.88 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Retail management experience or CVS supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively to lead the team.
• Perform customer care duties to deliver high service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to grow store sales.
• Manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
